How can i microtune?

How do i microtune either the Bitwig or VST instruments?

With the note expressions. In the piano roll you can access them with the 'key' button in the left bottom corner.

But i would like to microtune the whole instrument.

How could i microtune the whole instrument, so that i can hear the microtuned scale while playing the instrument?

I am asking because i want to use Scala and Tun files with the Bitwig Instruments.
