sending the ctrl+ keyboard signals from BWS to VSTs

AFAIK currently the only way to make time-synced connection between BWS and other DAWs is the ReWire VST of energyXT and because I'd like to still use FL Studio sometimes, especially its piano-roll, would be nice if BWS can send the ctrl key signal to it to able to use its hotkeys, seems other host can do this like Ableton Live, Minihost Modular (with the energyXT ReWire VST too), so please there's got to be a way

sending the hotkeys to the VST version of FL Studio seems impossible http://forum.image-line.com/viewtopic.php?f=200&t=73062 so my only hope is the ReWire connection because it's working from other hosts
