Foot controller scripts incoming - KMI 12step

Had some interest in getting some hands free control integrated into Bitwig. I've start by porting our Live script for the 12 Step foot controller from KMI over to Bitwig.

Going to be getting a preset ready for parameter/macro control going in the next couple days.
