Consequence Drag & Drop not working right

Drag & Drop doesn't always work right in Consequence. When you drag 8 bars of a 16 step pattern into Live, if the ties run all the way up to the next note it won't give you 8 bars. Remove the last tie and it will give you the full 8 bars, but the notes won't be full length. Pic:

We've tested it here and must confirm that this is indeed a bug.
We will come up with an updated version where the problem should be fixed soon.
