Pitch and Mod Wheel data from SONAR X3 not being processed in EEG Strawberry

I have a number of midi files which I am playing back through SONAR X3. When I send the guitar parts to EEG Strawberry the notes are being performed correctly, but the pitch and mod wheel data are being ignored. If I use another virtual guitar instrument they are being played correctly. I prefer the sound of EEG Strawberry though so would like to know how to get these features working. If I play from my midi keyboard the pitch and mod wheel work correctly.

That's strange--I use Sonar X3 myself, but haven't run into that issue. Is there any chance you could email me a MIDI file so I can play it on my system? Also, make sure that the pitch wheel and mod wheel are happening on the same MIDI channel as EEG Strawberry is set to in Kontakt.
