Problems with Consequence

Problem #1

I have notes set to trigger in Consequence, but it doesn't always work:

Problem #2

In Ableton Live I have Consequence set up as a MIDI controller to control a synth in another track, and when I close the VST window for Consequence it stops working, and no longer sends MIDI notes to the other track. I have Thesys too, and this problem doesn't happen with Thesys, so I think the problem is with Consequence.

For Problem #1 the trigger doesn't work when it's on an even note.

For a test I set up every other note to trigger = 4, that is the gate set to play a trigger on the 1st note, the 3rd note, the 5th note, etc. And the trigger works fine. When I shift everything over in the gate section one slot with the right arrow, so that everything plays on even notes (2nd, 4th, 6th, etc.) the trigger doesn't work.

Please fix! Along the drag and drop problem I reported three months ago!

Not sure if a drag and drop fix will even help, because now with all the latest updates (Ableton Live and Mac OS) any time I try a drag and drop with Consequence it crashes Ableton Live.

Problem #2 doesn't happen consistently, sometimes it stops sending midi and sometimes it keeps playing, so I don't know what the deal is with that one.

I'm having your exact problem #2 with Thesys in Ableton Live 8.4.2. Frustrating me right now...
