Sometimes I wish I had something like these while editing in arrangement:
A) SwapTime:
B) MoveTime:
How they could work:
1. Time selection tool -> select a time range on the timeline.
2. Drag and drop the selected time (including its track region) to another place while pressing the modifier key.
(Changes should be previewed while dragging the time.)
What do you think?

SwapTime is something I would definitely use!!
But isn't MoveTime already a think? don't things already pretty much work like that?

instead of move time, move everything within a cuemarker, or copy an entire section within cuemarker. much simpler that way for moving sections of song
