I've read in Tracktion's FAQ

your purchase entitles you to licenses for three separate machines

But I can't find what would happen if I'd replace my PC/laptop few times.
Also can I install Tracktion on my friend's PC and after getting the work done unregister the copy?

The only way to unregister is to email support. They can reset your licences, but generally tend to do it when you've run out.

As for the other bit... erm... you could ask support, if it's just for a session. Could you do the work with the demo?

Can I transfer project from the demo version to full version without any problem?
Doesn't seem like the worst idea

You don't even have to transfer it. The demo version is just the full version waiting for the licence.
