T5 - Automatic Zooming

I have been using T5 for some time now. This morning when I began editing a project, the edit window started automatically zooming out whenever I use a CTRL function, like CTRL I to insert or CTRL J to delete. It does the insertion or deletion, but then zooms out as if I had pressed F5. But I didn't. I'm sure I did something by mistake to cause this, but cannot figure out how to turn it off. Any suggestions? Thanks!
