Beatseeker for Live - something like this as a 3rd party plugin?

Whoa such a cool plugin has come for Ableton Live. You can play drums and it adapts Live's tempo to your playing.

I was wondering if something like this is available as a 3rd party plugin, any ideas? Would be really cool for Bitwig as well: https://www.ableton.com/en/packs/beatseeker/
