I bought Synth-werk from the Best Service website earlier today. After paying with Paypal it didn't return to the Best Service website, but to a blank screen. I got an email from Paypal however to say I had paid. I've had no email confirmations or download links and have sent emails but no reply. I really need this synth for this weekend. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. As the weekend is almost here I'll be really annoyed if I have to wait till Monday....as I won't be able to use it for weeks as I'll be so busy. Any ideas....I'd have a refund if anyone at Best Service would reply to my emails.

such inquires please only via support [at] bestservice.de to get it solved quickly. Such things can happen, especially on days like black friday where the whole world thinks tomorrow will never come!
