Just to remind you about....

The U.K. Sale of Good Act as ammended by the Supply of Good Implied terms act 1972.

I wish to remind you that this is a product and not just software and is treated the same as buying a pc or car. As such any contract of purchase I make is with the retailer/seller and not the manafacturer. The contract ends with me handing over money and receiving the product.

These are statutory laws, passed by the U.K. Parliament and non negotiable.

NO, and I mean NO additional contracts or license agreements are applicable or can be legally enforced after the sale.

The problem is that the US laws are not applicable in the U.K. I suggest you check with the uk Trading Standards dept for clarification before this is released.
