A question about Cmd+B (Bounce in place)

Currently Cmd+B, bounces the instrument in place, but leaves all the fx alone and still running.

Is there any way to make it bounce the fx as well? I want to essentially freeze a track, work with audio and no vst fx running.

Hope this makes sense. Thanks anyone with any help!

Then bounce to a new track and disable the track you bounced.
