My library disappears

hi,

i have purchased today "Evolution jazz archtop".

i have add this library and activated it.

However, when I open Kontakt again, evolution jazz archtop has disappeared from the libraries of Kontakt.

So I must add this library again and again...

That's caused by a bug with Kontakt not getting the proper permissions when activating the library. Fortunately, it's a simple fix--I just emailed you with instructions on how to fix the issue.

g'day greg. Just bought and installed hollowbody blues (kudos - been waiting for this sound for ages).
unfortunately, I too installed the library ok, but upon restarting Kontakt no sign of the library in the library tab.
Your guidance to the solution would be appreciated.
No crisis. Many solutions to getting the instrument into the multi. however, it is nice to use the library tab on occasion.

Try running the Native Access application, log in with your Native Instruments account, and let it scan all your libraries. It should automatically fix issues like the library disappearing from your libraries tab: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/s ... ve-access/
