Hey Greg. STILL Loving' Evolution Mandolin. You might recall a few months back, I suggested an update, which would encompass having 4 pre-selected strum styles for each named Preset. This would cut down the pre-recording time considerably. Having a wee bit different strum going at the chorus, and a slightly simpler...but SIMILAR one for the verses, and a nice intro or bridge strum would be so useful.

Yes, it would probably require perhaps another bit of sampling, or editing to create a 4 strum (or fingered note) package per preset, but it would really make for a lot less searching, and a lot more playing.

That said, the engine is tops, the instrument is beautifully recorded...full bodied, not overly precessed out of the box. The fx selections are lots of fun as well, and allow the instrument to be as modern an instrumental tool as one could ask.
