Problem Install

Hello, My name is Franck. I am a new user since today (AMR AME ABJ AGP AGP-Ext ABJ-Ext ).
However, I have a problem at the end of the installation. I download the link (for example AMR), uncompress the file, install it, and at the very end, an error message appears:
"An error occured while trying to create a file in the destination directory: access denied. Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or abort to cancel installation."

I disabled the antivirus, I changed the user authorization settings, I re-downloaded, re-installed, I checked the windows 10 updates, I turned off the computer, turned on the computer ...
I have no more ideas.
