How can I change parameters with my keyboard???

"Adjust Value down (fine)" ... etc....

What do I do with this.... What value... from what... what do this commands do????

Anything fine control. Try it.

EDIT:

Hmm, actually. I'm familiar with holding down CTRL (or whatever) and adjusting a knob with the mouse. But not using with DOWN or UP ARROW.

IT may work in various situations though. Perhaps a bunch of automation nodes. Will try later.
