Create User Instruments in Collective v1.1.3

Hello Tracktion Team,

I’m about to build an Instrument for Collective, especially a Roland CR-78 Drummachine. I’ve got 10 HQ-WAV-Samples which i loaded into the Sound Slots.
My question:
When I save the Instrument, does the generated file contain the wav-samples? Are they embedded?

Hi Michael,

sorry, but there is no instrument format containing the used samples in Collective and there are currently no plans to add this feature.

Good to know, because i plan to use Waveform also on Windows, and my Self-Made-Instruments too
