I'm in the process of re-imaging my OS and wanted to re-install my Ample Sound plug-ins, when
I ran into a problem with the update AGT_2_5_1_update_installer_4izhu4.exe.
Norton removed it from my machine and pointed to this webpage.

That's a 'Reputation' warning... meaning not enough people have downloaded it yet for Norton to verify it is safe. Note that Norton is not saying there is anything wrong with the file.
I would ignore the warning and install it.
Those type of warnings are only a concern when you are dealing with a company you have have never dealt with before.
