Error Message With AGM III Library

Hello, Has anyone had the following error codes trying to use the Library Installer for the AGM 3.1?
“The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.”
“The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.”
I get the same message with the activation manager although AGM III loaded fine.

Issue with error codes resolved. Download Microsoft C++ Runtime 2015 X64 and x86 from Microsoft and reboot system.
