In time for the lunar eclipse tomorrow nite, i thought it would be nice to ressurect this track. Made about 2 months ago for a project Vurt was doing, and using a vocal sample given to me by Jim from Camel Audio.

If a lunar eclipse is happening anywhere around the world - chances are Wendy Carlos will be there taking pictures of it.

Your production is really top notch on this. Love how you get your basses to sound so phat and rubbery!

All the sounds are great on this. But the Cadenza string sounds totally different from the ones I use? I know there's a few to choose from in there, but still - the tonality seems really different to me?

Great 'offset' organ and drums as well. Very Jarre-ish and Dreamy.

I thought it was them, but checkin, it may not be, and i cant find where they came from, but its def a soundfont. The two sounds are 'Big Room Strings' and 'Cello Ensemble Chorus'

Edit: found them, both are from from MicroWavelt Soundfonts

Ah cool! Thought they were a 'little off' to my ears - but in a GOOD way as well.

I just like good string sounds obviously.

Nice work Krim, love the section with the vocal samples from Apollo 8. Sounds a little JMJ-ish with that bassline and those sine pads. Good one.
