Hi,

Basically you just need to select the desired Scale in the MIDI plane. More on this, see chapter "7.12. MIDI Modes, MPE and Scales" of the User Manual:

You can get more advanced scale control with the "Arpeggiator Mode" that bascally quantisize the pitch modulation to the selected scale. See chapter "6.12 Arpeggiator Modes"
