Folder not created/waves not saved

Recently when I save a new program no sample folder is created and the waves are not copied to the specified sample folder location. Also, when I add new waves to a program the program is not marked as edited and the save icon is greyed out; if I change something else in the program, it is marked as edited, but the new waves are not copied to the sample folder location when saving.

I'm afraid I'm gonna need more info than that. It works as expected for me, so a full rundown of the procedure you performed and the results might be in order for me to assess anything...
