Is the Amplifikation 360 UI customizable?

I'm with a children's museum that is looking to purchase a guitar amp sim software that can give the kids hands-on experience with lots of presets. We have touch screens hooked up to a computer with a fixed guitar that kids get to play with and modify. So far Amplifikation 360 is our favorite but we're wondering if there's a way to remove some of the options so it's a bit less overwhelming, or have it reset to a preset after so much time inactive. I'll get involved here.
It would be great to reduce the Amplification 360 Gui so that it would still fit comfortably on a 24 inch monitor. Currently, Amplification 360 Gui requires at least a 32 inch monitor (personal experience).
The solution is simple. If you click on one of the amplifiers or effects with the mouse, the plugin is brought to the foreground and thus automatically enlarged. Softube Amp Room, Positive Grid BIAS Amp and IK Multimedia AmpliTube can all do this out of the box. This keeps the GUI on the monitor nice and small and clear, while the operation is still comfortable.
