shreddage hydra will not slide ive been trying for hours!

I have been messing with hydra for quite some time and i cant make a slide to save my life.
I put down two notes over lapping. Put the c#0 note under it,make sure legato slide is enabled and latched,and nothing. Ive tried to adjust the the trigger to a specific velocity but does not change.
Its been quite some time and im getting nowhere. Can someone help me?
