I found out how to configure Encoder(Rotary Knob) to Relative Mode in Ableton Live / Analog Lab.
I want to share.

1. Open Midi Control Center
MCC_KNOB.png
2. On the ControllerMap image, choose one of each 10 encoders.
3. At the bottom, at Option: change from 'Absolute' to 'Relative'
4. Repeat this for both Bank 1: P1 / Bank 2: P2, and for all P1~P10 encoders.
(Bank 1 is for the Analog Lab Software, Bank 2 is for the Ableton Live)
5. Save change, upload the Keylab Preset to the hardware's memory.

6. Go to C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Analog Lab V\resources\controllers\controllers.prefmidi.xml
ANALOG LAB_KEYLAB_RELATIVE KNOB.png
7. change the parameter isrelative="0" to "1" as in the screenshot above.

That's all.
KeyLab's rotary knobs would send relative midi values(61~67).
And both Analog Lab and Ableton Live will handle the signal properly.
No more value dropping to full 0(or values saved on the hardware afterwards) against my intention.

I have no idea why this is not the default.
Why would anyone want absolute mode signal on a infinite rotary knob?

It seems this works on all the other keyboards(Keylab Essential, MK2, etc. ) too.

I hope this helped someone like me.

I forgot to mention that

when you open Analog Lab as VST in Ableton Live,

You need to go to Midi Control Center -> Project -> Knob Fix: set to ON

if this is not activated, knobs won't work properly.
(for example, when you turn the knob to the right, the hardware sending signal 65 -> 65 -> 65 -> 65 would be interpreted as just one 65 input, not four times repeated, so that increment happens only once at the beginning, and the same goes to 63, if you turn the knob quick than it would send 66 67 62 61 so it would react but only for a very short range for each big turns)

My Keylab 88 simply still isn’t sending relative cc value; the knobs simply won’t work at all if I have everything set up like this unless I switch it back to absolute. Am I missing soemthing?
