I have kick mapped to C2, I play C2, TX works and plays the kick, Reaper records C2.. .all is fine.
But - just out of curiosity - why does TX pretend it's C-1?
Is this a setting I missed, somewhere?
Not complaining just curious.

TX by default uses canonical MIDI note names. Note that many tools however uses different schemes, which places C-1 differently. You can adjust the MIDI note name octave offset in settings to suit your setup.
