Set the icon for the top bar for a java extension

DrivenByMoss shows a grid-icon for my LaunchPad. I am digging through the code, but have not yet found how it is done. Neither have I been successful by going over the java api-docs.
The first place I checked was the ControllerExtensionDefinition, then the host. I see classes dealing with Bitmaps, but haven't found a connection.

i'm not sure what makes the distinction for a grid icon. Curious myself!

It would be great to choose our own icon in there, I've suggested this to Bitwig when it first appeared. Please join in the club!

Did not find anything...

Even if Bitwig decides the icon, it would be nice if they'd show a dedicated icon for extensions that don't use any midi/usb/osc as those are unlikely to be actual hw-controllers, but more likely tools.

No, I do not do this. I asked about it but somehow I did not follow up.
I guess this is somehow hardcoded: if Launchpad then Grid Icon...

Please ask for favicon or png! This would be a nice addition to the new Project Extension Panels.
