Im upgrading to a new computer (Mac Mini M2Pro running Ventura 13.5 and Pro Tools 2023.12).
Having trouble getting AGT to load the sample library....
Im pointing my Ample Guitar Taylor to what I believe is the correct library destination (Users/ Shared/ Ample Sound/ AGT Library) but keep getting "loading samples failed"

Could you check if you have write access to folder /Applications/Ample Sound/AGT? If you are not sure, please try to manually remove folder /Applications/Ample Sound and reinstall AGT.
