Hello
I'm running Mac Os 10.14.5 and some software versions no longer support my Mac Os, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to update my Mac Os to a more recent version...
I'm thinking of moving to macOS Catalina.
My only fear is that by upgrading, some of my older software and plug-ins will no longer be supported by the new Mac Os.
I know that there are small programs that allow you to find out what software and plug-ins are supported on your computer.
Could someone please give me the names of these applications?
And how do I know up to which Mac Os I can update without taking risks?
And up to which Mac Os Digital Performer will it work?
My set:
iMac (Retina 5K, 27 inch, 2019)
Processor 3.6 GHz Intel Core i9
Memory 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
Thank you very much to anyone who can answer.

Well, old question. I don‘t know these programs. But what i know, the step from Mojave to Catalina is a big one. Catalina won‘t support any 32-Bit PlugIns.
Solution: buy an external 1 TB SSD (about 40-50€), install at least ventura on it (don‘t waste your time with catalina), migrate your mojave data to it and there’s no risk for your setup. You have two of them, the old one, 32-Bit compatible and an actual one.
