I was originally thinking about this script, which lets you select notes to randomize within a scale, and change the probability of certain notes:neverbefore wrote: ↑Fri Jan 05, 2024 2:57 amthanks, I feel as tho I should have enough information now to hack together a script if I persist

Seems to behave like Melody Sauce 2 where if you turn on harmony, it affects all notes.Kalamata Kid wrote: ↑Fri Jan 05, 2024 10:00 pm TATAT

Don't think I've seen anyone mention ChordPotion2. You can come up with a simple or complex melody/chord progression and run it thru Chord Potion and it's basically a MIDI remixer.

Interesting. LV2 format only? What are you using as a host?Kalamata Kid wrote: ↑Fri Jan 05, 2024 9:27 pm Just discovered x42-Plugins by Robin Gareus.

Ok, starting to see the potential to run these on say a raspberry pi using a lightweight lv2 host and setting the pi up something like this. https://llllllll.co/t/umbrellas-a-diy-m ... pi-4/53931

Element by Kushview.
https://kushview.net/element/
It seems it is free.
It can run as a stand-alone or as a plugin.
It can also host plugins including LV2.
