I'm using ver 4.2.5, not the latest.. but it seems like using the modulation in Delay-2 causes quiet clicking in the stereo field. Turning the 'detune' knob to 0 stops the clicking.
Does anyone else notice this? It's kind of subtle, but it's there for me.
(Edit - sometimes it's very subtle, sometimes it's more apparent)
