Hi there,

Way back there was a user who wasn't able to get the ambience presets working. I'm having the same issue. All presets sound the same. I'm using KONTAKT 5. Is there a workaround ?

Hi Patrick--which version number of Kontakt are you using, so I can try to replicate the issue?

Hi Greg,

I'm using Kontakt 5.6.5

I thought it seemed to work when I switch the bypass on, go to another ambience, then switch off again the bypass knob. Unfortunately, I was wrong , it doesn't work either with the bypass. I hope you can help out. I need the ambience that the Mesa Rosa demo on your website is using. Thanks.

FYI, I also have the Rosewood Grand running on KONTAKT 5.6.5 and the presets work perfectly well.
