Ample Guitar M Lite Hold Pedal Keeps Turning Off

When I use Ample Guitar M Lite, the Hold Pedal keeps turning off if I pause what I am working on or if it loops back to the beginning of where I set the loop point. I am using Waveform 13 Free and even if I use Automation it resets Automation too. What do I do? Quite annoying to have to turn it back on every time
