I like it. For some reason I hear a Michael Brook-like gentle rolling guitar hiding somewhere in here. I also think the song could stand with some more balls towards the end... really punch it up and go out with a bang (Massive Attack style) and then bring the song back down to its roots for the fade-out, very much like you have in the song except perhaps take it to a new level.

I just listened to your piece and really love the atmospherics on the back ground That said, the drums and percussions are way to loud and kinda straight sounding for my taste. Maybe some volume shifts will do the trick It would be nice if they (drums) would more or less blend in
