This should be a simple problem (I don´t use computers very often). I have a patch ready (I loaded a sample). How do i transfer it to a pattern?

Just make sure you've record mode active (switch it pressing SPACE) , then use your PC as piano(zsxdcvgbhn...)/MIDI Keyboard to write notes in the pattern editor.
