Smooth lounge chill! love it. nice deep bass, goes well with the heartbeat-like kick. Cool pads. It's a great minimal space with some subtle elements. I would added a big peak at one stage but that's just me. I can hear a meandering female voice riffing gently over the top of this one.

couldn't pick the synth but I'll guess, the crystal?

. The textures seem pretty well chosen and work pretty well together. I don't know the synth but since you say it's free and it sounds very lush I'll take a wild guess and say ZynSubAddFx.
