One day, an airplane from S Airlines started shaking violently in mid-flight. Upon this, the pilot told the crew that every passanger from Poland should be moved to the left side of the plane. Once this was done, the plane stopped shaking. 50 quatloos to the first one to explain Y.

The right hand side (>0) of the (laplace) S-Plane is unstable, so poles should be on the left side.
