yes, that's why I said we'd need Jorgen's help - if he introduced categories like kick, snare, etc. and the bank-creators would use them and the parts would be intelligent (I.e. remember what category any given lane uses) then we could switch easily between different sets...
+1 for categories in Drum track.

...and of course multiple audio outs.

Post

if there were categories, we could make drumtrack loops which transfer to different kits
(a bit like the FL fpc, which has a recommended layout, to which they designed the midi loops)

OMG Great.. :o Thanks for sharing! :D

Is there besides browsing to these files and dragging them in the sequencer another/better way of installing and loading them?
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

Are you using the browser inside XT? I have mine saved in a folder I have in my D drive named XT Drums and takes me only a two clicks inside XT to get to them. Alternatively, I believe you can direct XT to see them in one of the top tree folders in the XT browser.

a lot of these (ie the actual drum machines) looks very like the list of sample sets listed on the KB6.de site, so you could try there.
my other modular synth is a bugbrand

whyterabbyt is correct. They are just from a variety of free sources around the intratubes packaged in convenient XT2 format. Nothing special. I think a few I used:

http://samples.kb6.de/

http://www.hexawe.net/mess/200.Drum.Machines/

http://www.diskodiktator.com/index3.html

All credit goes to the pilfered sources.

I just had to give this a bump.

This is by far one of the top frebbies for EXT2. Newbies enjoy!!!!!

Another bump for an awesome collection of Energyxt2 kits.

These are awesome! I tried Drumazon today and these blew it out of the water.

This is the only reason I use ext2, otherwise I prefer ext1.4
