what i need;
very low latency(good for live playing)
1 or more midi in ports

and thats it......

Seems to depend most on your budget, as all of them seem to do a good job indeed.
You can get the FW410s for cheap second hand. I bought mine for 150 Euros, and while there's certainly better converters out there, it suits my needs perfectly, plus I could always connect a better converter to the digital in. Overall system latency goes down to 11ms (in a complete in-to-out-audiostream measurement) on both my Macbook and my Samsung laptop, which is still among the best you can get from Firewire or USB (some newer ones seem to go down to around 8ms in total).
