Hello,
I'm getting 'missing file' errors trying to load the TSW sounds into Wusik4. The presets are showing up fine, but when I click on them, I get the 'missing file' errors.
My download of the product seemed to work fine, so I imagine that I just have some files in the wrong place.
When I load TSW Bank 1 or TSW Bank 2, those sounds seem to work fine.
It's the MiniMoog and Vox'd that are having most of the problems.
A few Vox'd patches give the same 'missing file' error, but still make sounds (perhaps it's finding one of the sounds it needs?). The SEQ Voyce City is an example of this.
If you can give me a preset name and tell me what sounds it is trying to load, I can search my system to make sure I have the correct files on my computer.

TheMiniMoog Preset will NOT work in any ws-engine version, as long as you don't have the SoundSets. TheMiniMoog is not part of TSW, it's a library for EVE (distributed by Dashsignature) and compatible with ws-engine sampleplayers. Many Wusikstation owners bought TheMiniMoog, so Tim Conrardy did a Presets Bank and if you buy TheMiniMoog you can use them right away. Usually Julia sends out all popular Presets with any ws-engine products order.
vox'd should load flawlessly, but we heard about Preset conversion and load bugs of WS4 when loading WS1/2 converted Presets. We can't do anything except to help to locate this bug and inform wusik.com to support their product improvement.
But we can help you anyway. If you name the concerned vox'd Presets I can look into the waveform display and tell you what the WS4 is looking for.
Question: Do you have TSW or TSW Pro?

I have TSW Pro. I'm not in my studio, but when I get there I can give the name of one the patches. I think the one I was trying to use was 'Celestial Voyces' or something like that. I see the preset in the Wusik window but I get that 'missing file' when I try to load it.
I have the newest version of Wusik and I just bought TSW Pro a few months ago, so I don't think I need to do any of the older preset conversion. Isn't that just for the old version of Voxd?

This is me again with the same problem.
I tried loading 'Celestral Voyces' and got the missing file error. I do have many TSW_ soundsets loaded, including a TSW_Vocals directory.
It appears that for some reason I must have the soundsets in the wrong location and the preset can't find them.
If you, or someone else, can tell me what sndsets 'Celestral Voyces' uses and where they are located on your machine, that will help me solve this problem.
I really need 'Celestral Voyces' so I thought I'd load the original version of VoxD on my new machine. I thought that VoxD was a VST??? But my version is just Voxd_banks_setup. I think I must have just purchased the Wusik sounds (in the old Wusik format).

ok, I'll check the waveforms for this Preset!
Or: For any general data loss problem you can always request a new download link, so you could simply replace the vox'd data folders with one click. Just send me a PM.
