This is the first movement of an old project I was working on some years ago. It was a composition for an international contest of symphonic music (the whole work has never been finished, there are somewhere some audio demos for the 2nd movement and nothing more).

This is the 1st and only movement of my Suite Anastasia.

The quality of the sounds is not perfect, but this is only an audio demo that has been recorded for the director and the musicians, I think the real thing should be much better :)

Today I know for sure this thing will be forever an unfinished work, so I've decided to share it with the KVR fellows :D

Very Nice... sort of reminds me of some of those crazy russians like Mussorgsky (in parts).

This would indeed sound good with a real orchestra in my opinion. :) (Allthough that brass player on the repeated notes in the beginnnig... tuba is it?... might want to kill you.)

No, you are wrong... Are the two trombones players those who wants to kill me :D
I know the trombones parts are in some point very difficult, this is way I thought to use 4 trombones players which alternates while playing :hihi:

Wow ... very astonishing !

Didn't know you're in the classical world also !

I like it very much !

Had you a classical formation ? Counterpoint ? Harmonics ? Composition ?

Reminds me of my time in the french music corps and the daily rehearsals for hours with the 100-men-orchestra ... we also played Mussorksky and filmscores a.o. ... a great time ;-)

What potential you can discover in a crazy guy :)

Great work !

Hi Daniel! ;)

Yes I'm a classical freak. My classical formation is limited to what I've read in the books. A self taught classical freak ;)

And about the crazy guy... believe me Daniel... I'm really crazy :hihi:

Thank you for your comment ;)

P.S. Where is my DVD??? :x

:hihi:
