Hi!

Yesterday, when I turn on my receptor,One of the plugins appeared like [--] and I can't load it.
Anybody knows why?

I'm not sure if this is the answer for your problem, but some of the Plugs loaded on Receptor are "demo" versions. You can instantiate them and use them for 30 days. After that period they will not work (or be available) unless purchased. Perhaps the missing Plug was a demo?

It's also a possibility that your iLok key was removed or not seated properly. In this case, iLok enabled instruments would be disabled, with the '[--]' mark visible in the instrument list.

I had the same problem and it turned out the iLok was not seated properly in the USB slot. Pull it out and pop it back in, that should fix your problem.
