I followed the instructions to the letter but no dice. It always ended up in the failed folder. I restarted that junk so many times. I did the soft reset and oh, by the way, to do a restart you're supposed to hold down setup while doing the triple pwr. I did that, but it seemed whenever the update was in the drop installers here folder, instead of restarting it shut down. So I gave up, went to bed, all disappointed tried to s*&t but only farted, blah,blah.
So I wake up thinking ya know….and went back to my rig.
This Time instead of dragging or pasting, I go to muse and download the update strait into my drop installers here folder. I open the viewer/setup, hit the install and I feel redeemed. Worked for both of the files.

Oh yea, I don't know if this was the secret way to get updated, but if not, I just thought I would share that with you all.
