Is there a way to force a synced LFO in the Virus TI to reset its waveform to the loop point or to every 1 bar repetition of my E-mu Command Station or any other hardware sequencer, so that the LFO would reset every 1 bar independent of the chosen LFO clock rate?
I want the LFO to lock to a 1 bar riff (not each note) and behave the same way for every 1 bar repetition. Now it just keep oscillating in the fixed clock rate independent of the riff.
I want it to sound the same with each 1 bar repetition without being stuck with only the 1/1 rate. Is it possible?
Can I force Virus TI's LFO's to reset to a hardware sequencers loop point?

Unless I'm mistaken, I think you're out of luck.
Pretty sure the Virus lfo's have a sync option to restart them with each new note, or they can be free running.
What you would need is for them to be able to respond to a 'trigger' besides a 'note-on'.
For instance, if you could use a sustain pedal message (or some other CC message)at the start of each measure to trigger the lfo.
But I think the only thing that will start an lfo is a note on - so you'd have to have a note on at the beginning of each measure.
Probably not what you want.

Yeah. Seems unlikely. Thanks for commenting. Think the Waldorf Q can do this, but it seems comfusing to learn. The TI is just super fast and easy to operate. Too bad.
Maybe I should just go modular
