Hi All:

What free vst plugins / plugins costing less than $20.00 have you chained together to form an excellent channel strip?

I saw the following in another post and wanted to find more suggestions like this:

For a good freeware chain that accomplishes something similar to a comprehensive channel strip plugin:

Bootsie's BootEQ mkII + Bootsie's Density MkII + Voxengo Span + Gonio2/3 + your DAW's amplitude meter

Free is a pretty good price, too.
