freeze the oscilloscope

strictly for educational purposes: wouldn't it be nice if ACE's oscilloscope could be temporarily frozen?

for instance: as long as a mouse button is depressed in that specific area...

thanks for the suggestion: I've already got external tools that would do just that, yet a mere click in ACE's display would be far more usable for such a simple need
