Cubase 5 Error : No 'OK' and 'Cancel' Buttons

Any Track (MIDI, Audio, etc) all of the Information /Dropdown/ Changes/ Options SHOWS. . .
But there's no OK and Cancel Button. So, therefore you cant continue with the Project File.
Running On PC.

peace got it to work . i really didnt know it but i installed the Cubase package then followed it step by step including the Halion and other DVDs. then started firing it up. then it worked. the OK and Cancel button showed.
