Helix showing incorrect guisize in Reaper

This is a very small (but annoying) nitpick.
It seems Helix doesn't report the correct gui size to Reaper resulting in Reaper drawing it's scrollbars over some controls on the gui.
I do not know wheter this is Helix or Reaper's fault.
