Feature request: Computer Resource Meters

So, when I first started to trial Cantabile I was a little worried. It seemed to crash often, and I wondered why.

Through my own investigation, I realized the reason was that I was exceeding my RAM limit. Not a big deal, I've got 8 more gigs on order. However, it occured to me, one thing I really enjoy about Kontakt is that it has CPU/Disk meters. But when I split up all my VSTs in Cantabile, I don't get the whole picture on how many resources I'm using.

I would LOVE CPU, Disk, and RAM meters somewhere on the UI so I don't have to start monitoring my resource consumption with the task manager (I have so little screen realistate to work with to begin with).

It would also be nice if (especially if the meters are not possible) Cantabile was AWARE of this consumption and gave a warning or some kind of popup to note that RAM is out, etc.

Otherwise, I'm currently quite happy with my copy of Cantabile Solo.

You can activate additional info in Cantabiles status bar on the bottom.

Just right click and check additional options you want. There is ram memory usage too.

I don't know what type of "disk usage" you expect a host to show... that is just an internal of sample based plugins.

There is also an audio timing load meter in Cantabile which is much better than cpu usage. Cpu usage is slow and shows mostly nothing relevant concerning realtime behavior in your system...

Awesome, thanks, the Win 7 Resource Monitor does have a disk usage monitor, though that might get more difficult for people who have a lot of disks, but just throwing it out there. RAM was the most important to me.
